Chichester, UK (13th March, 2013) – ANS Group Europe, leading designers of indoor and outdoor living walls, has been contracted to install a living wall at the Dilijan International School of Armenia.
ANS Group Europe was awarded the job after being contacted by the school’s main architect, based in Mayfair, London; Dilijan International School of Armenia wants a green wall to make the building more attractive to the neighbours and planning authorities. The wall chosen for the project is an evergreen, made up of native species ideally suited for the location.
The Dilijan International School of Armenia is a boarding school for boys and girls aged between 13 and 19, and will open on September 14th; it is located in Dilijan National Park at the juncture of Europe and Asia.
“Our green wall will enhance the school visually and educationally, serving as a great way for students to study nature and habitation,” said a spokesperson for ANS Group Europe. “The Dilijan International School of Armenia is set to be an incredible place for both the students and staff, and the evergreen wall we plan to install gives the building a touch of real beauty, complementing the greenery surrounding it in the National Park. We wish the school the best of luck for the future!”
