Bonne International Enjoys Great Success with Dublin Recruitment Drive

London, UK (28th November, 2012) – Bonne International, an English nanny and governess agency placing experienced professionals with high-profile families in Russia, achieved great success with a recruitment drive in Dublin, following a snowballing media campaign.

After learning of the current lack of teaching jobs in Ireland from some of its nannies, Bonne International arranged a presentation in Dublin to demonstrate the wealth of opportunities for qualified teachers abroad. With just one presentation planned in a room with a maximum capacity of 50 people, Bonne International expected between 20 and 30 attendees; several days beforehand, they commissioned a press release to generate some wider interest – only to attract an unexpected surge of media attention.

The Independent published an article about the agency – highlighting the annual EUR 80,000 salaries accompanying some roles – which was then picked up by several other newspapers. Bonne International were later interviewed by three radio stations (WLR, Highlander and LMFM), and were inundated with phone calls for six days straight; a documentary film-maker also expressed interest in telling their story, as did other radio stations and newspapers.

48 hours prior to the presentation, Bonne International realised more than 50 people would want to attend, and so held four in total; over the Wednesday and Thursday evening, two presentations were held back-to-back, each lasting one hour. Over 200 people attended in total, with more expressing interest but being unable to reach Dublin in time.

Anna Gremitskikh, Recruitment Manager for Bonne International, said: “We’re stunned by the incredible success of our recruitment drive in Dublin, and are amazed by the level of interest generated from our initial press release: newspapers, radio stations, even documentary-makers – it was fantastic! All of our attendees were fascinated by the wealth of international nanny jobs on offer to teachers and childcare professionals, and we’re thrilled to have helped so many people find a new direction. We are in the process of placing some of the professionals we met in Dublin with a number of our Moscow-based families, and look forward to helping more people find their dream job in the future.”
