CitySocialising Hit Milestone 10,000 Likes on Facebook Page

London, United Kingdom (14th June, 2012) – CitySocialising, a website that allows people to make friends online and meet new people in their city, is celebrating hitting 10,000 likes on their Facebook page.

CitySocialising is dedicated to helping people with shared interests to meet up and make new friends. This leading friendship website regularly organises fun socials so members can meet at group social events, and provides them an opportunity to share a wonderful evening with likeminded people.

CitySocialising’s popularity has gone from strength to strength since their establishment in 2007 and they now have over 180,000 members on their database. The website has recently announced that they have hit a milestone of 10,000 likes on their Facebook page, which is a testament to their service and social media campaign. Facebook members can check out the latest photographs from ‘Mingles’ in various cities across the UK, as well as finding out where and when the next event might take place.

A spokesperson for CitySocialising commented: “We’re ecstatic to have hit this landmark number, and are delighted that our community has grown rapidly over the last 6 months both on Facebook and our website. We look forward to the future and aim to help thousands more people make fantastic friendships.”

The Facebook page (www.facebook.com/citysocialising) is the best place to check out all the photos from the CitySocialising events across the UK, as well as keeping up with news and updates from CitySocialising HQ.
