Today’s PA Announces Microsoft Outlook Guru Workshop

London, United Kingdom (12th April, 2013) – Today’s PA, leading specialists and providers of Personal Assistant (PA) training and minute taking courses, are now offering a Microsoft Outlook workshop as part of their 5-day ‘PA Academy’.

The content of the Outlook workshop is designed to ensure that delegates will be proficient in the finer points of the Outlook email program, with an ultimate goal of saving time and increasing future efficiency when organising, tracking and communicating.

Today’s PA Outlook course includes specific guidance on how to:

Use conditional formatting to keep an eye on appointments that managers may change
Use notes to track important information
Import/export data into and out of Outlook with ease
Use Outlook contacts to mail merge with convenience.

Today’s PA hopes that the addition of this new workshop to the PA Academy will offer a more comprehensive training experience to delegates – whether they have extensive or limited knowledge in the Personal Assistance sector.

The PA Academy takes place at Regent’s College Conference Centre in London, and includes a day-trip around London, all refreshments and hot lunches, a course materials pack, and a certificate of attendance.

A spokesperson for Today’s PA commented: “The PA Academy offers a unique level of depth of knowledge for those embarking on a career in Personal Assistance, as well as those with a current knowledge of successful PA practices.

“With the addition of the Outlook workshop, we hope to further diversify the type of training we can offer to delegates and develop their understanding of this essential email program further.”
