Manchester, United Kingdom (11th June, 2013) – urbanbubble, a leading provider of residential property management services, has won a contract to act as Managing Agent for residential property developer Artisan’s new Albion Works scheme, based in Manchester’s New Islington area.
The contract requires urbanbubble to handle full property-management for the 288 residential units at Albion Mill, New Islington, from the 1st of July 2013 onwards; Artisan awarded urbanbubble the contract due to its track record of providing apartment owners with outstanding service, value for money and transparency. This new contract follows other recent significant wins, including Nuovo and The Point in Ancoats, both of which add a further 250 units to urbanbubble’s portfolio.
Since urbanbubble was founded in 2008 by owner Michael Howard, it has expanded from managing one scheme with 70 units to 64 schemes and 3200 units. With more staff joining the company in recent months and a recruitment drive in place, urbanbubble are soon set to relocate to larger offices in Manchester’s Northern Quarter.
