Milton Keynes, United Kingdom (29th November, 2012) – Action Storage, a leading supplier of shelving and storage systems, has been given the recommendation by a BSI inspector for re-registration under the ISO9001: 2008 Quality Management System guidelines.
Action Storage’s Strategic Review is a tri-annual examination carried out by an external auditor from BSI, a business standards organisation with an international presence. This Review occurs in addition to the annual external audits which verify the maintenance of Action Storage’s Quality System.
The ISO9001: 2008 Quality Management System recognises the adherence to a certain standard of management quality within a business. The latest Review took place at Action Storage on 19th November 2012, and the BSI inspector recommended that the business be re-registered under these quality guidelines.
It marks Action Storage Systems 20 years of association with this QA standard. The company was first accredited in July 1992 under the previous BS5750 standard and has successfully maintained the standard throughout that period.
