Ametros Facilities Management Launches New Bespoke Client Software

Manchester, United Kingdom (13th December, 2012) – Ametros Facilities Management, leading commercial cleaners, will launch new software in January, to give clients a quick and easy way to monitor progress on their contracts.

Ametros Facilities Management has invested £20,000 into building bespoke user-friendly software to enable their extensive client base to monitor, manage and report on their contract in real time; this new platform will launch mid-January 2013, and clients will be able to log in via Ametros’ website for easy access. The launch of this new software will coincide with the start of Ametros Facilities Management’s campaign to promote their university summer turnaround cleaning service, which they currently provide to 11 universities and 200 private halls of residence in 35 cities across the UK.

As part of their university summer turnaround services, Ametros Facilities Management provides window cleaning, accommodation deep clean and public area cleaning. The new software has been designed to allow their clients a greater overview of progress on their contract, and they are confident it will attract more universities to their services.

“Summer facilities management is a very stressful period for site managers, as universities have high standards and tight turnaround periods,” said David McConville of Ametros Facilities Management. “The software will help the clients manage their contracts electronically and efficiently, saving stress, time and money. Essentially, they will have real-time access to progress on their accounts with daily reports, instant access and feedback.

“For example, the facilities manager at a university has 175 buildings to check after their windows have been cleaned. The software will alert them once a building is complete for them to snag – once they has done this, feedback sent via the portal will generate a report for head office to action. Everything is recorded, in a swift, efficient and hassle-free way.”
