Due to another year of substantial growth, eCO2 Greetings is set to embark on new and exciting changes to improve their operational capability in a bid to support their growing international customer base. eC02 Greetings is now referring to the small changes as a ‘programme of work’, and each small project aims to deliver incremental improvements which will help the e-card provider to offer a more efficient service.
New tools are currently in development which will allow customer service agents to make e-card changes without the need to escalate to 2nd or 3rd line technical resources, and there are plans for a new billing interface which will process payments securely and this will consequently free up resources to help serve other customer queries. New tools will also be added to the website so a customer can find a solution to their requirements and reduce the need to call their offices, e.g. buttons to update a billing address. ECO2 Greetings is also set to add or revamp a series of simple instructions to make the process clearer to clients and thus reduce the propensity to call.
