The platform will also incorporate call recording through the company’s Optimise software and provide a complete skill based, inbound and predictive outbound blended solution that is fully integrated to Salesforce.com.
Customer calls will be indexed within Salesforce as part of efforts to ensure easy search and retrieval, and with a complete suite of quality management tools, Plantronics will also be able to coach and motivate staff as required.
