As part of these updates, Simply-Docs has revised their Company Safe Driving Policy, which outlines what the client company will do to make sure it is providing the proper vehicles, suitable restraints and avoiding setting schedules which may prompt reckless driving. A new document, the Employee Safe Driving Policy, has been added to the folder, which is based on the Company Safe Driving Policy but specifies what the client company expects of their drivers regarding behaviour on the road, and whether they are operating their own car or one paid for by the company.

Finally, a new Car Allowance Policy has been included to explain an employee’s responsibilities when using their own vehicle for work.
