    Simply-docs Updates Service Documents

London, United Kingdom (23rd January, 2013) – Simply-docs, a specialist provider of professionally-drafted business contracts and legal document templates, recently published the latest updates to their Standard Service Agreements and Standard Service Terms and Conditions.

Formerly known as ‘Client Bias’ and ‘Service Provider Bias’, Simply-docs’ service agreements have been amended to now serve two separate functions: one designed for the provision of services to consumer clients (Business-to-Consumer), and the other for the provision of services to business clients (Business-to-Business).

The corresponding Terms and Conditions of Service have also been rewritten to mirror the terms of the agreements.

Additionally, the provisions of the terms and conditions have been written with explicit reference to the agreement in a bid to ensure that readers understand that they will be legally bound only upon signing the contract itself, and that terms may vary according to the actual agreement reached between the service provider and the client.

A spokesperson for Simply-docs commented: “As part of our continuing review of the Simply-docs portfolio of contracts, our Service Agreements and Terms and Conditions have been revamped to enable these two formats of documents to be interchangeable and complementary, and apply current best practice across the board.

“However, the updates we have made to these documents is just the beginning. Over the coming months, we will also be releasing all-new variants of several other documents to extend their range of compatibility, and cater more effectively to our client’s requirements.”

For more information on Simply-docs’ service agreement and terms and conditions templates, please call 020 8878 7236 or visit http://simply-docs.co.uk.
