    London, United Kingdom (4th January, 2013) – Syntax, a leading supplier of IT solutions, including IT support and outsourcing, IT consulting, and business continuity, were recently accepted as members of the British Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (BVCA).

    The BVCA is the leading industry body and public policy advocate for the private equity and venture capital industry in the UK.

    Syntax joins the BVCA as a professional services member, as they provide IT support and outsourcing services directly to a number of companies in the Private Equity industry, and to companies that are owned by Private Equity organisations.

    Syntax helps companies streamline their IT infrastructure, in a bid to make their IT processes more cost-effective, reliable and available.

    Demonstrating success with clients’ IT infrastructure strategies and prioritising adherence to FSA-regulated terms of service guidelines has enabled Syntax to be accepted as members of the BVCA.

    A spokesperson for Syntax commented: “We think that the membership will help us will attract new customers in the Private Equity and Venture Capital industry and act as an endorsement of our expertise.

    “We will work closely with the BVCA to provide best practice advice and guidance to the industry on how companies can use technology to improve their business, maximise efficiency and reduce running costs.”
