Fleet, United Kingdom (4th July, 2012) – GBS Corporate Training, a leading provider of management, business skills and leadership training to organisations in the UK, are running Introduction to Management courses.
They are offering a four day Introduction to Management course which is in two parts over two days. It will enable first-time managers to learn new skills and apply these in their work environment before coming back to consolidate their knowledge and further their management skills in the second part.
The courses are designed to help those entering management roles for the first time, enabling better resource management, objective setting, delegation, and motivation. These areas will be more clearly defined and developed to produce increased levels of productivity through effective people management and delegation.
“Participants on our Introduction to Management course are often taking their first steps into management,” says David Wilkins, Joint Managing Director at GBS. “This can be daunting in itself, let alone the challenges that come with management. Especially in this economic environment, training providers need to appreciate that first-time managers need to gain a wide variety of skills and techniques quickly, and to learn how to use them immediately and to the best effect. “
The course is split into two parts, with the first taking place on 17-18th July and the second on 13-14th September. Both will take place in Fleet.
