The worker was pulling his pump truck across the warehouse. The warehouse had an uneven floor, and whilst manoeuvring the truck, one of the wheels on the pump truck became caught in a pothole.
The accident caused a jarring injury to the claimant’s knee. His employer’s insurers admitted liability for the work accident.
A medical report was obtained from an expert orthopaedic surgeon, which confirmed that the client had suffered a significant knee injury.
