London, United Kingdom (20th August, 2012) – M Winkworth plc, the largest single estate agency brand in London, comment on their experience at this year’s Hong Kong Dragon Boat Festival.
On Sunday 1st July, a team of Winkworth employees from all over London took part in the Annual London Hong Kong Dragon Boat Festival, held at the London Regatta Centre.
The race coincided with the launch of the Winkworth China Desk, which is being headed up by Ice Wang, who also served as the boat’s drummer. Ice’s first role in the company was therefore to keep the Winkworth CEO, various directors and franchisees in-line and up to speed.
David King from Winkworth International commented: “The interesting thing about the Dragon Boat race was that it was a first-time experience for everyone. We all thoroughly enjoyed it and everyone is up for participating again next year. There was a great corporate spirit and with a bit of practice, next year’s performance should be substantially improved.
